HOW TO ACTIVATE AND DURATION?

Bio- inducting part of the Kneepad should be wiped with wet soft cloth( preferably white handkerchief).All kinds of detergent are banned, don't knead the kneepad, don't expose in the sun,dry it in shaded area after usage. 

Attach the kneepad to the knee joints tightly and adjust the elastic bandage. Normally,you will sense much hotness 30 mins later.
